Useful Information Regarding Ninco Slot Cars
The Ninco Company was first set up in Spain, in 1993. As Ninco Slot Cars were the new entrants into the world of sot car racing they felt that there was not a need to offer exactly the same as everyone else. As they created their own high standards this decision has stood them in good stead, and now are preferred over some of their peers.
Even down to the smallest detail, their 1/32nd scale models are perfect replicas of the originals. They pay particular attention to capturing the detail, in both scale and accuracy. The quality on the models is second to none, from the paint finishes to the graphics.
This firm was the first to make use of the durable, lightweight ABS plastics. Spaniards do like their rally racing, and as a Spanish company, you might think that they would concentrate on that corner of the market. As their marketplace is worldwide, they also manufacture F1, road and historic cars, and are one of the few companies that offer scaled down off road vehicles.
As the company didn’t want to follow anyone else’s lead, they have come up with some of their own innovations. Each vehicle can have the motor changed to affect it’s performance. The suspension of the models is functional and helps to create an entertaining racing environment.
Sets will normally come complete with two models and controllers, a power supply, and track with guard rails. With the amount of track supplied it is possible to construct a variety of different layouts. Should you feel more adventurous, then with extra track you can expand to your heart’s content.
With the digital slot racing system up to 8 individually controlled cars can be raced at the same time. You can even change lanes while racing, and select from 7 different race modes, keep track of who is leading with an Indianapolis style control tower. You can continue to use your existing track simply by using a conversion kit.
Even the accessories have been thought out, not only are there the range of motors for Ninco Slot Cars, but even the tires can be changed to mimic either track or road racing. Also available are lap counters, and there are hand controllers which can be programmed for different speed and braking settings. All in all, so very different from the slot car racing of your Father’s day.
