Creating Yearbooks Online
Yearbooks are used to help save all the good memories from school and share then with children and grandchildren. Nearly every school now runs yearbook projects for their students.
Yearbooks used to have to be managed by a group of students and a few teachers to gather and put all the information together for the printers to then print them. But this is not the case anymore.
Now with online yearbook systems all the students can log in and contribute to their own profile page making it easier than ever to create a yearbook for your school. They can upload their own photos, create their own profile and vote on awards like the most popular student.
The initial setup but the yearbook management team is very quick, easy and simple. Thy just choose the template they want to use and the rest is down to the students. Online systems has hundreds of templates to choose from. The year book management team can change the template at any time.
The admin team can always log in to their admin area to change settings, choose a different template or create photo pages using uploaded images from the other students.
Teachers and students from the admin team can login at any time to check and proof read every students profile. They can then approve or decline profiles and make suggestions.
Online yearbook systems can be set up in 2 different payment methods. The admin can take responsibility to collect the money and then pay for the whole project via the system’s secure online payment portal. Alternatively the system can be set so when the book is ready to be printed, each student will have to log in and pay for their book using the secure online payment portal.
Yearbooks should take no longer that 4 weeks to be printed. You can have your books finished in many different ways including perfect bound paperback, laminated hardback and leather hardback. The admin team can specify this before they complete their order.
